RunbookAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates getrunbooks.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and the IT ticket descriptions you submit for runbook generation. Payment information is processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal) and never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the RunbookAI service, send transactional emails, and improve our AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data Security

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data is transmitted over TLS. Two-factor authentication is required for all accounts.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@getrunbooks.com.
